This time of year in west Cornwall having a day off
sunshine is getting few and far between, it's at the point now we have thick fog when
the sun rises and thick fog when the sun sets and if your lucky we might get
a couple of hours of Sunshine during the day .
So when we had a day of pure sun from morning to night i
took off down Cot Valley just between Cot and Nanquidno Valley.
While walking along the coastal path something flew past me at some speed , not knowing
what it was i just sat down and spent 2-3 hours just sitting there watching
and taking photos of a male Kestrel giving me an amazing air show.
